Neil Judell, President, Founder
After graduating from MIT in 1975 at the age of 19, Neil
continued his education at both MIT and the University of
Rhode Island while working, founding OPTIMAL SYSTEMS
LABORATORY in 1980. Eventually, he wore down the
faculty at MIT to obtain a second undergraduate degree in
1976, and at the University of Rhode Island to obtain a
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1983. He has
been a nuisance to the US Patent and Trademarks Office
on behalf of his clients for many years, seeing some
twenty US patents issued so far. When pressed, he has
been known to publish a paper or two, occasionally in a
refereed journal. Neil specializes in refusing to have
a specialty, preferring to make up the mathematics as
needed. So far, that seems to work in his clients' favor.
